Shipping policy

  • Ground shipping within 5 to 10 business days
  • Overnight/expedited delivery options are available with Expedited Shipping
  • Shipping (lost packages): 
    Once the packages are given to the carriers, they are responsible for ensuring that all packages are delivered. We WILL NOT  replace any packages that have been lost by the carrier.
    It's important to monitor your package's tracking information closely. If there's no movement for an extended period, especially in the range of 20-30+ days for US delivery, it's advisable to reach out to the carrier for assistance. Delays can occur, but such prolonged periods without movement may warrant further investigation.

  • When selecting your shipping method, make sure that you are selecting the shipping method that will insure the cost of the total of your order/shipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to file the claim with the carrier of the package is lost.
